Preparing For Your Upcoming Double Take Appointment
You didn’t book a house cleaning appointment just to spend hours preparing for our upcoming visit. In other words, we expect very little sprucing up before we arrive.
There is no need to do your dishes, take out your trash, declutter your common rooms, or wipe down the inside of your microwave. All of these services (and more) are performed by our staff during your appointment. So why waste so much of your valuable time performing tasks that you’re paying us to handle for you?
If you will not be home when we arrive for your first appointment, thus requiring that we have a set of instructions providing us with access to your home, that’s about all we need to know up front to perform our job.
Besides that, the only other thing we need from you is to inform us of anything you would like us to know. For example, if you have children that will be taking a nap during your appointment that you would like us to do our best to not disturb, feel free to give us a heads up beforehand. Or if you have a dog that is friendly and likes to say hi when anyone new arrives, we’d love to know your dog’s name! Basically, if you feel like we should know something that isn’t apparent or listed in your booking, we’re all ears.
But essentially, we do not expect you to prep your home or do a pre-cleaning before we arrive. Our job is to make your house clean, not to make you do unnecessary work!
