Best End Product at the Fairest Price
We have a protocol at Double Take that we train every member of our staff on. As soon as we arrive to your house, our staff member compares your original booking to the condition and size of your household. If the booking suits the job correctly, you’ll be on your way and we will begin our cleaning duties.
If somehow you by accident or unknowingly over-booked (e.g. your house does not require as much time as your original booking has us down for,) our staff member will notify you and reduce the price of your service. Conversely, if you accidentally or unknowingly under-book (e.g. your house requires more time than your original booking has us down for,) our staff will notify you and inform you of the more appropriate change in price. Don’t worry; if you do not agree to any changes in price, our staff member will still perform the duties they are able to that match the original agreed upon price. You will always know about a change in price before a cleaning job is performed.
